Nose - Highly fragrant and multi-layered with floral notes of chamomile and elderflower and pear

Palate - The pear notes are harmoniously layered with warming spice from ginger and a hint of vanilla, further balanced by the bright notes of fresh lime and spearmint

Finish - A long and refreshing finish with the infusion of heather honey providing a remarkable silky rich texture, elevating the overall taste experience.

Serve Suggestions - We recommend pairing this delicious gin with elderflower tonic for a delightful G&T that showcases its vibrant character. This versatile gin is also ideal for crafting many classic cocktails including a Martini or a French 75.
