Join us for an unforgettable evening and indulge in the vibrant flavours of spring and our signature botanicals.

 

As spring blooms and the bees stir from their winter slumber, we welcome you to the distillery for an evening celebrating the season’s flavours and the artistry of Silent Pool Gin. The Awakening of the Bees, Spring Dining Experience features a three-course menu inspired by our botanicals, cocktails crafted by Brand Ambassador Antonio Franzese, and the silky live jazz, funk and soul of Saara Kaldma. This experience is around 2 and a half hours long, beginning promptly at 6:30pm.

Lavender-infused Meringue, Chamomile & Vanilla Cream and Silent Pool Macerated Strawberries

Please note that for health and safety reasons, dogs are not allowed inside the distillery buildings.

Complimentary parking is available in the main Silent Pool car park. Please park, then walk up to the distillery and enter your car registration into the exemption tablet in the distillery shop. Parking overnight is not available.
