Join our expert as they guide you through the experience of creating our three signature cocktails: the perfect G&T, the Bees Knees and the Martini.

We start with a short distillery tour and Silent Pool Gin tasting to introduce you to our spirits.

Then it’s time to hear the history of these iconic cocktails, moving from the 19th century through the prohibition period to the James Bond era and the present day. 

And discover the details that elevate every serve - from glassware to ice and the choice of garnish.

Having demonstrated the perfect serve, we then invite you to choose a favourite to make yourself - with all equipment and ingredients provided.

Retire to our Terrace Bar to enjoy your drink, and take home a complimentary copy of the Little Book of Gin, which is packed with more inspiration.

This is a fascinating insight and the perfect experience to share with friends.

You’ll also receive a 10% discount voucher to spend in the distillery shop (terms and conditions apply).

The Masterclass starts promptly at 6:30pm and lasts for 90 minutes and the Terrace Bar will be open until 9pm.

Free parking is available in the main Silent Pool Car Park - please enter your car registration into the exemption tablet on arrival in the distillery shop. Overnight parking is not permitted.

Drop offs and pick ups can be made directly outside the distillery by accessing the site via the main driveway.
